Police search for inmate after he failed to return from work release
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police are searching for William Elbert Houp, an inmate in Fayette County, after they say he failed to return from court-ordered work release.
Police say Houp was released at 8:20 Wednesday morning for his work release. They say he was supposed to return at 5:00 that afternoon, but never did.
Houp was being held on a Probation Violation charge.
He is described as 30 years old, 6’0″ tall, with brown hair and blue eyes.
