Police search for laundromat theft suspect

LONDON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The London Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect connected to a theft at a local laundromat.

According to police, the individual is wanted in connection with a theft that occurred at BJ’s Laundromat on West 16th Street. Investigators say the person shown in surveillance images is believed to be involved in the incident.

Officials are urging anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about their identity or whereabouts to contact the London–Laurel County 911 Center at 606-878-7000. Tips can be submitted anonymously.

The investigation remains ongoing.
