Police Said Drunk Driver Hit Median With Child On Board
Lexington Police said a man drove into a median on New Circle Road, endangering the life of a child.
Officers said Kevin Horn was going the wrong way on New Circle Road and ran into the median near Alumni Drive.
Police said he’s charged with a DUI and had an 8 year old riding in the car.
Horn was treated at UK Hospital for lacerations to his eyeball. His mirror hit him in the face.
The child was not hurt.
