Police: Robber Returns To Scene One Hour Later
Police said a man robbed a Lexington convenience store then returned to the scene less than an hour later.
According to court documents, Antoino Hayes, 32, robbed the M&M Grocery store just before 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
Documents said Hayes returned about 45-minutes later and started causing a disorder.
Officers said when they arrived, they put Hayes in handcuffs after the store’s owner identified him as the robber.
They said Hayes then cursed, screamed and spit at them and created such a disturbance, people were coming out of their homes.
He is charged with robbery, disorderly conduct and harassment.
