Police: Mom Found Passed Out In Car With Child
A mother was arrested after police said she was found passed out in the drive-thru of a Lexington restaurant with her child in the front seat.
According to court documents, police responded to a call just after 9 p.m. Tuesday night about someone passed out in a car at the Hardees drive-thru on West New Circle Road.
Officers said, when they arrived they found Siller Ann Butcher, 41, passed out in the driver’s seat and her 8-year-old son in the passenger seat.
According to documents officers found Oxycodone and Xanax in her purse.
Butcher is charged with possession and endangering the welfare of a minor.
