Police: Missing woman presumed dead, arrested in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Police say they arrested a woman who was wanted in Texas.

Officers say Christiana Ray Davidson was pulled over around 1:30 a.m. during a traffic stop off Iron Works Pike in Lexington.

Police say they discovered Davidson was wanted on a drug warrant out of Harrison County, Texas.

Investigators say she had been reported as a missing person and was presumed dead.

Police say Davidson was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the Lexington arrest.

According to investigators, she was booked at the Fayette County Detention Center, waiting to be extradited to Texas.
