Police: Man Shot In Foot During Road Rage Incident

UPDATE: Shawn Sampson plead not guilty in court today.

According to his attorney he has no criminal history.

He will be back in court on November 18th at 830 am. 

November 11, 2013:

 A man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly shooting another man in the foot during a road rage incident.

According to police, Sean Sampson, 30, was involved in a collision on Georgetown Road and Ironworks Road Saturday afternoon.

 Court documents said he then got into a fight with another man, who punched him in the face.

 Police said that’s when Sampson pulled out a pistol from his waistband and shot the man in the foot.

 Sampson is charged with assault and possession of a controlled substance.
