Police: Man Passed Out Drunk With Infant Son In Car
Lexington police said they found a man passed out behind the wheel of a car and his infant son in the backseat over the weekend.
According to court documents, police received a call just after midnight Saturday about a man asleep in a car at Trent Boulevard and Niagara Drive.
When they arrived, documents said police found Ryan Bradley, 20, passed out in the front seat with his nine-month-old son in the backseat.
All the windows were rolled down on the car.
Officers said they had to forcefully shake Bradley to wake him up and he failed a field sobriety test.
He was charged with public intoxication and endangering the welfare of a minor.
