Police: Man critically injured in shooting on Dominican Drive

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police say they are looking for the suspect or suspects involved in a shooting Saturday morning that left a man with life threatening injuries.

Police say they responded to a shots fired call on Dominican Drive at around 2:30 a.m.

When officers arrived they say they found a man suffering from two gunshot wounds.

ABC 36 was told the shooting victim was transported to University of Kentucky hospital in critical condition.

Police say witnesses saw someone running from the scene.

Investigators are looking for more information.
