Police make arrest in Pulaski County school burglary

SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police have one suspect in custody and are looking for another in a burglary at Somerset High School.

Security video shows two men entering the school on July 26 around 1:22 a.m. and taking several small items.

The Somerset Police Department says the two then stole a truck located at the school that belonged to a contractor.

The truck was found the next day.

Police say after posting the security video on Facebook, several tips came in about the suspects and that led to the arrest of 21-year-old Alexander Keith.

Police have also issued an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Clifford Jarvis for the burglary.

Anyone with information on Jarvis’ whereabouts or additional information on the burglary is asked to send a message to the Somerset Police Department’s Facebook page or call 676-TIPS.
