Police Look for Driver in Pedestrian Hit-and-Run
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police say a pedestrian was hit along a New Circle Road late Sunday night, and the driver took off.
The woman suffered minor injuries, according to police. She was taken to the hospital for treatment.
They say the woman was walking along the shoulder of New Circle Road near Floyd Drive at around 10 p.m. when a black Ford Taurus hit her and kept going.
Police ask anyone who was in the area at that time to give them a call.
