UPDATE: Second arrest in fatal shooting at Lexington Microtel
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A second arrest has been made in the shooting death of a man outside a motel in Lexington.
28-year old Daniel Glasscock has now been charged with murder and robbery, along with 22-year-old Destiny Huff.
The two are accused of killing 24-year-old Victor Villagomez-Duarte outside the Microtel on Buena Vista Road.
Duarte was shot last Monday. The coroner says he died Wednesday.
Police say the shooting happened during a drug deal

Police say one person has been arrested and a warrant has been obtained for a second in connection to a fatal shooting at the Microtel Inn on Buena Vista Road on Monday.
Officers say 22-year-old Destiny Huff of Nicholasville was arrested Friday, charged with murder and robbery. 28-year-old Daniel Glasscock, charged with the same offenses, is also wanted in the case.
Police say Huff and Glasscock were involved in a drug deal with Victor Villagomez-Duarte when Villagomez-Duarte was shot in the right shoulder. He died 2 days later.

Lexington Police say a man who was shot in the parking lot of the Microtel Inn on Buena Vista Road on Monday has died.
The Fayette County Coroner says the victim is 24-year-old Victor Villagomez-Duarte.
Police say Villagomez-Duarte was outside the hotel just after 9:00 a.m. when the shooting occurred. Investigators say he was found with a gunshot wound to his right shoulder.
Officers believe a dark-colored passenger vehicle was possible involved in the incident.

Police are on the scene of a shooting at the Microtel Inn on Buena Vista Road.
Officers say they received a call just before 9:20 a.m. reporting an assault with a weapon at the hotel.
When they arrived, police say they found a 24-year-old man shot in the right shoulder in the parking lot.
Investigators describe his condition as serious.
Police say they are talking with a couple of witnesses, but there is no suspect at this time.
Investigators believe the victim knew the person who shot him. Police also say they are looking for a black Camry that may have been involved in the incident.
