Police searching for two suspects after Sunday night robbery in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Police are searching for several suspects after an armed robbery in Lexington.

Police say two men broke into a home off of Oldham Avenue around 11 p.m. Sunday night.

According to authorities, the suspects were armed with what appeared to be an AK-47.

A small amount of money was taken from the victim, according to officials.

Police say the two suspects were wearing dark hooded sweatshirts.

No one was injured.

Police are still investigating.
