Police investigate smash-and-grab robbery
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are looking into a smash-and-grab robbery at a Lexington store.
They say an alarm went off at Life’s Journey Clothing store on North Forbes at around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The owner was home and spotted five people on surveillance cameras breaking in and taking shirts, hats and other merchandise.
Police say they also destroyed some items.
They are hoping the video will lead them to the suspects.
