Police investigate burglary at gas station

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington police are investigating an early-morning burglary at a gas station.

Police say they got a call about someone crawling through a window at the Murphy’s gas station off Grey Lag Way at around 1:30 a.m. Friday.

They arrived to find a window smashed out but no one around.

They say the burglar took cash and cigarettes.

Police say they hope to look at surveillance video to get a description of the suspect.
