Police: Fatal accident in Madisonville

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Pennsylvania died in an accident in Madisonville on Thursday, according to police.

They say it happened on interstate 69 around mm 99.

Investigators say William Glenn Kelley left the roadway went down an embankment, struck a barbwire fence and then a tree before coming to rest upright in a field.

Kelley died on the scene, according to officials.
