Police: Driver Flips Car While Speeding On Dirt Road

Lexington Police said a teenager was injured today after flipping a car on private property.

Officers said an 18-year-old and a minor were driving at high speeds on an unfinished portion of Citation Boulevard when they hit a dirt pile and flipped.

They said someone had called them about the reckless driving before the accident even occurred.

Police said the juvenile in the car wasn’t hurt.

According to officers, the 18-year-old was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and charged with criminal trespassing.
