Police: Caregiver Stole More Than $3,000

 A woman is accused of stealing thousands from two people she was hired to care for.
 Court documents Kathleen Howard was hired as a caregiver for two adults.
 Documents said Howard admitted to stealing the victims’ checks back in April.
 She is accused of forging 29 checks for a total of $3,900.
