Police ask for public’s help in solving fatal hit & run case

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Police are asking for the public’s helping in solving a hit & run that killed a Lexington man on October 4th.

Police say they found Jonathan Adams, 21, laying in the roadway on North Broadway between Cane Run and Dover Road.

Investigators believe Adams was walking along the shoulder around 1 a.m. when he was hit.

Witnesses reported to police the car that hit Adams never stopped.

Police are now searching for a 2006-2013 red Chevy Impala with a missing or newly replaced passenger’s side mirror.
