Police Ask For Public’s Help In Finding Missing Richmond Man

On May 11, 2014, Richmond Police said they were contacted by a woman in Pennsylvania who said she hadn’t been able to reach her brother in Richmond since November 2013 and was worried about his well-being.

Police said the last known address for Michael L. Hall, 55, who also goes by the name "Peabody," was in the 1600 block of Foxhaven Drive in Richmond.

Investigators said they checked the address and it was empty.

Police said the address was formally a halfway house/rehabilitation center for recovering alcoholics.

Hall is white, 5’8", 120-pounds, with brown curly hair and gray eyes.
