Police Arrested Rape Suspect

A Somerset man has been arrested for rape. After police say he sexually assaulted a girl while she was in his care.
 
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says 55-year-old Michael Dungan was arrested on Tuesday.

Deputies say further investigation revealed Dungan has assaulted the victim numerous times.

Dungan has previous rape conviction from 1993.
