Police: Arrest Made In Knox County Arson Case

One person was arrested in connection to a house fire in the Corbin community of Knox County on Monday, Kentucky State Police officials said.

According to police, crews received calls for an unoccupied home on fire, along Kentucky highway 3436, around 7:30 p.m.

Fire investigators said they found evidence which indicated that the home had been intentionally set on fire.

Troopers arrested Christopher Wyatt, 28, of Corbin on Tuesday and charged him with arson, police said.

Wyatt was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
