Police: “Additional Charges Forthcoming” Against Cassidy Twins
Investigators said that the twin brothers were arrested on August 12th after a call to their home about a man down.
Upon entry into the home, police said they found child pornography and evidence of sexual abuse.
At Thursday’s conference, police said evidence led them to believe the brothers were abusing boys from the ages of 8-15 for more than a 22-year period ending in the mid-80s.
Police wouldn’t give details into the investigation but said "additional charges are forthcoming" in the case.
Both suspects remained in jail.
Several organizations dedicated to help sexual abuse victims attended the press conference.
They included Bluegrass Comprehensive Services, which said it had additional staffing on hand to deal with an influx of victims.
