Pike County man indicted on election fraud charges
FRAKNFORT, Ky. (AP) – A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a Pike County man on multiple felony counts of election fraud in connection with last month’s statewide primary.
Fifty-year-old Keith Justice has been charged with four counts of intimidating an election officer and one count of interfering with an election officer in Pike County. Democratic Attorney General Andy Beshear announced the indictment Tuesday. He says the investigation was prompted by a complaint received by the Pike County clerk’s office.
If convicted, Justice faces up to five years in prison on each charge.
