Man ends up in hospital after early morning shooting
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — The Lexington Police Department says one person has been taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after an early morning shooting.
Officers say they were called to the 1400 block of Russell Cave Road around 1:57 a.m. in response to a shooting with a victim.
Upon arrival, officers said they found a man outside with a gunshot wound; he was taken to the hospital with reported life-threatening injuries.
