Perry County man charged with child sexual exploitation

HAZARD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police says a man has been charged after exchanging sexual images with an underage girl.

Troopers say 23-year-old Bo D. Noble was arrested on November 21 after an investigation showed explicit communication.

State Police say Noble is charged with promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and prohibited use of an electronic communication system to procure a minor.
