Perry County man arrested after allegedly attempting to meet minor
PERRY COUNTY, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A Perry County man is facing multiple charges after deputies say he attempted to meet with a minor for sexual activity.
According to the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, 63-year-old Greg Sizemore was arrested Monday at the Grand View Plaza shopping center in Hazard.
Investigators say Sizemore had a pre-arranged meeting with a 17-year-old that they believe was intended for sexual activity in exchange for money. Deputies took Sizemore into custody at the scene without incident.
Sizemore is charged with custodial interference, procuring a minor for sexual activity by electronic means, and human trafficking.
He was lodged in the Perry County Detention Center. Officials say the investigation remains ongoing, and additional details may be released at a later time.
