Pedestrian injured in Lexington hit-and-run; suspect tracked down by Flock cameras
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash Tuesday morning at the intersection of Loudon Avenue and Broadway, according to Lexington Police.
Officers responded to the scene just before 9 a.m. and found the victim with minor injuries. The individual was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police say the driver left the scene, but investigators were able to quickly locate and detain the suspect using Flock camera technology. No names have been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
