UPDATE: Pedestrian killed on I-64 identified

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) -The Fayette Co. Coroner says the man killed on I-64 Monday morning was 66-year-old Stanley C. Willoughby, of Clark Co.

Police say Willoughby was walking in traffic near mile marker 87 when he was hit and killed around 5:00 a.m.

The coroner says several drivers told him that Willoughby was hit by at least 4 cars.

According to the coroner a car stopped and called police.

No word on why Willoughby was walking in the road, or how he got there.

No charges have been filed against any of the drivers.
