PD: Third arrest made in Lexington murder
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Police say a third arrest has been made in a Lexington murder that happened more than a year ago.
U.S. Marshals arrested Demarcus Harris near Columbus, Ohio. Police say he’ll face charges of murder and robbery.
According to Lexington police, Darnell Bates was found injured on Addie Street on October 5, 2014. He later died.
Investigators say two people, Charles Patton and Caitlyn Conway, already face charges.
