PD: Man Jumps Counter To Rob Versailles Cash Express
Versailles police released a photo of an SUV that investigators said was used in a robbery.
Officers said a man held up ‘Cash Express’ Thursday morning.
Police said he had been waiting outside of the store when it opened.
According to investigators, he jumped over the counter, pulled out a weapon and demanded money.
Meanwhile, police said a ‘Check Into Cash’ store in Frankfort was robbed 30 minutes later.
Investigators said the suspect in the second robbery also drove an SUV.
Police were looking for possible connections.
