PD: Man carjacked at gunpoint in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say they’re looking for two men who reportedly carjacked a man at gunpoint.
Officers say it happened around 9:30 Monday night in the 200 block of Elmwood Drive. According to police, the reported victim was in his car when two men wearing dark clothes pulled a gun on him. Investigators say one of the suspects drove off in the car, and the other ran off.
Police say the victim’s wallet and cell phone were in the vehicle. It’s described as a white Mazda with Pennsylvania plates JPX 1494.
Officers say the driver was not hurt.
