FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Paris man has received an 11-year sentence on child pornography charges.
Matthew Tipton, 26, of Paris, was found guilty in Bourbon Circuit Court Dec. 14, 2016 of 20 counts of Possession of Child Pornography, and was recommended an 11-year sentence. He must also register as a sex offender upon release.
