Paducah man arrested on sex abuse charges

PADUCAH, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police arrested a Paducah man on Saturday following an investigation into sexual abuse allegations, according to KSP.

Investigators say 53-year old Kelly Setters was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

The investigation is ongoing by Eric West.
