Overnight crash in Lexington leaves one dead
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — One person is dead following an early morning crash in Lexington.
According to police, the collision happened around 2 a.m. in the 3600 block of Boston Road, near Dylan Place and Man o’ War Boulevard. Investigators say a man driving a car lost control and crashed. The Fayette County Coroner pronounced the driver dead at the scene.
Police shut down a portion of Boston Road for several hours while the crash was investigated.
No other vehicles were involved, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
