One shot, one arrested in Crittenden Co. shooting

MARION, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police says it is investigating a shooting where a woman was airlifted to the hospital for her injuries. Police say one man has been arrested in connection to the shooting on West Main Street.

Investigators say 28-year-old Chase Bingham shot 26-year-old Victoria Clifford during a fight. They say Bingham left in a 2006 gray Buick Envoy, and was later arrested by Marion Police.

KSP says Clifford was airlifted to Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, where she is currently stable.

Bingham was charged with assault and possession of a handgun. KSP says he is also facing charges from Marion Police.
