One person dead after crash in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Fayette County Coroner’s Office is investigating a fatal wreck that occurred on Thursday morning. The two vehicle crash happened on Man O’ War Blvd at Pleasant Ridge Drive around 8 a.m. The Coroner’s Office said 86-year-old Charles Covington died from his injuries.
