One million dollar Powerball ticket sold in Radcliff
RADCLIFF, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Powerball ticket that won someone second prize in Wednesday’s drawing was sold in Radcliff, Kentucky, according to Kentucky Lottery.
The ticket may not have won its owner the grand prize, but second place is not shabby at $1,000,000.
The lottery says the ticket matched all the winning white ball numbers, but not the Powerball.
Wednesday night’s winning numbers were:
10 – 14 – 50 – 53 – 63 with a Powerball of 21
The Lottery says it isn’t releasing the name of the store where the ticket was sold yet because it first needs to do security checks at the store.
Staff members also say they encourage the winner to sign the back of the ticket immediately and bring it to lottery headquarters on Main Street in Louisville to collect the prize.
No one won the game’s top prize so the jackpot has grown to $625,000,000, the 4th largest Powerball jackpot and the 7th largest U.S. lottery jackpot, according to Kentucky Lottery.
The drawing is on Saturday.
