One Killed, Two Injured In Richmond Crash

One person was killed and two others injured following a crash in Richmond.
 
Emergency crews responded to the accident on Four Mile and Dunbar Road just before 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
 
The Madison County Sheriff’s Department said a car left the road, flipped several times and landed in a tree line.
 
All three people inside were thrown from the car, according to the sheriff.
 
When they arrived, the car was in flames.
 
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
Two others were taken to University of Kentucky hospital, at least one suffered life-threatening injuries.

 Deputies said speed was a factor in the crash.

 They said they are not sure if alcohol played a role.
