One killed, one injured in accident in Wolfe County

CAMPTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Troopers say one woman was killed and another was injured when they crashed in Wolfe County over the weekend.

Troopers say the two, both 21-year-olds were from Louisville. Courtney Standard was driving. Troopers say she died in the crash on Bert T. Combs Parkway when she missed a curve in the roadway. Nyesha Ancrum was thrown from the car but survived and is in stable condition, according to troopers.

They say neither woman was wearing her seat belt and the crash is still under investigation.
