One killed in accident in Pike County

ELKHORN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash over the weekend in Pike County.

The call came in around 9:20 p.m. Sunday for a crash on Marrowbone Creek Road.

According to State Police, 29-year-old Brian Causey, of Shelbiana, lost control of his vehicle, crossed into the opposite lane and hit another vehicle.

Causey was pronounced dead at the scene by the Pike County Coroner’s Office.

State Police say a toxicology test is pending.
