One hospitalized after SUV and moped collide overnight in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A person was taken to the hospital overnight after a collision involving an SUV and a moped in Lexington, according to police.
Officers say the crash happened around 12:15 a.m. Monday at the intersection of North Broadway and West Loudon Avenue.
The rider of the moped was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
The driver of the SUV was cited at the scene for minor traffic violations.
