One dead in fatal crash on I-75

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – One man is dead after a crash on I-75 in Madison County.

According to the Coroner, Saturday afternoon a tractor-trailer went off the interstate in the northbound lanes and fell down an embankment near mile marker 82.

The crash backed up traffic while crews cleaned up.

One man tells ABC 36 News he was stuck in traffic for over an hour.

No one else was involved in the crash. The name of the victim has not been released.
