UPDATE: Victim identified in Saturday morning crash

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Fayette County coroner has identified the woman that was killed Saturday morning in a rollover crash on interstate 64.

Officials say 32-year-old Savannah Rose of Inez died of blunt force injuries in the crash.

The fatal rollover closed down all Westbound lanes of I-64 for hours near mile marker 84.

According to police, a truck left the roadway just after 6 a.m. and flipped into the median.

Officials say Rose died at the scene.

The driver was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash was not clear.
