One dead after Jessamine Co. fire

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Investigators are looking into the cause of a deadly fire in Jessamine Co.

Firefighters say 63-year-old Jane Eleen Poirer was killed after her home caught fire early Saturday morning.

It happened around 3:45 a.m. at the Tates Creek Mobile Home Park in Nicholasville.

Crews say the home was destroyed.  They do not think the fire is suspicious.

No one else was injured in the fire.
