Ohio man indicted in KY for sex crimes

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – An Ohio man is expected to be brought back to Kentucky to face charges for allegedly trying to have sex with children.

The Attorney General’s Office says 45-year-old Nathaniel Bice Gillette, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, was arrested after a Franklin County grand jury returned a 6-count indictment for unlawful use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sex.

Investigators say they started looking into Gillette’s online activity after they received information he was seeking sex with young children online.

Gillette is currently at the Auglaize County Correctional Center awaiting extradition back to Kentucky.

The Franklin County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is handling the prosecution of the case.
