Officials: Student in custody after bringing gun to school in Wolfe Co.

WOLFE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A student is in custody after school officials say he brought a gun to school.

According to the Wolfe County School District someone told officials at Wolfe County High School that a student had a gun.

The district says the student was quickly tracked down and the gun was confiscated.

The school went on lockdown while police searched the school.
