Officials: Son Collects Mother’s SS Checks For Years After Her Death
A Scott County man is accused of collecting his mother’s social security checks, who died 29-years-ago.
A federal grand jury said Frederick Clark’s mother began getting the payments after her husband died but she died in 1985.
Officials said the Social Security Administration was not informed of her death.
