Officials: Man charged with drug trafficking in Pikeville

PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ/MOUNTAIN TOP MEDIA) -A man was found passed out in his vehicle twice in one week, according to Mountain Top Media.

Jimmy Norman was found passed out in his vehicle at a gas station parking lot by the Pikeville Police on Thursday, according to the paper.

In the same week, the paper stated that Norman was found in the parking lot of a local Walmart.

In both cases, he was arrested and charged with drug trafficking, according to the paper.
