Louisville records its first homicide of 2019

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Louisville Police are investigating the first homicide of the new year, according to officials.

They say around 3:15 a.m., police responded to a person down in the 2900 block of W. Kentucky Street.

According to officials when they arrived a man in his twenties or thirties was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police say there are no suspects at this time.
